Have u wondered if being malaysian means only 2 things… makan & shopping? I’m referring to what most M’sians will do during the weekend, but the list also includes catching up on sleep (so never call anybody on Saturdays or Sundays morning as they r likely to be sleeping still!), meeting up with friends & family (if u stay away from home - like me)

Anyway, hubby & i went for makan during his b’day weeked -set steamboat at a new place. It was clean, air-conditioned, cheaper (only RM10.90 bcos it was intro week) & uses only IKEA furnishing. At first we though we were seeing things… then we checked - tray : IKEA, side table : IKEA, table bib/cloth/whachacallit : IKEA  . Check out how we cleaned up our food!

Then we decided to visit the new MYDIN Mall in USJ. Yes! We braved through it although there were loads of ppl & by the time we left @ 10.10 pm,there were still throngs of ppl going into MYDIN! It’s great that MYDIN in nearby, otherwise I’ll only shop there during outstation in far far states like Kelantan, Terengganu, etc.

Well, i like it fine for my weekends… eat, sleep & shop!
